1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our product and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your Clash Coach subscription for any reason, please contact us.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we typically cannot offer you a full refund or exchange, but we encourage you to contact us to discuss your situation.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@clash-coach.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
4. Processing Time
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 5-10 business days depending on your bank).
5. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to the premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time in the current billing period after cancellation, unless you are within the 7-day refund window.
